Every order is carefully packed by me and sent out with lots of love and care. Please read the information below before placing your order.

🇸🇬 Singapore Orders

• Standard Mail (Untracked): $1
• Free standard shipping for orders above $15

Singapore standard mail is sent via SingPost and does not include tracking. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.

🌏 International Orders

Shipping rates vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

Available options:
• Standard Mail (Untracked)
• Tracked Mail (recommended)

International standard mail does not include tracking. Delivery times vary by destination and typically take 7–21+ working days, depending on the country and customs processing.

Tracked shipping is recommended for additional security.

🕒 Processing Time

All stickers are printed, prepared, and packed by me.

Orders are processed within 5–10 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

During launch periods, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. Thank you for your patience.

📮 Delivery & Responsibility

Once parcels are handed over to SingPost, Eepymandu is not responsible for:

• Lost untracked mail
• Delays caused by postal services
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
• Customs delays, duties, or import taxes (for international orders)

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If you would like added security and tracking, please select the tracked shipping option at checkout.

🌍 Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. These charges are not included in the order total and are beyond our control.

💌 Lost Parcels

If your tracked parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local postal service directly for assistance.

For untracked parcels, Eepymandu is unable to investigate or reimburse lost mail, as there is no tracking information available.
