As a small, independently run shop, each item is printed and packed with care. Please read the following before placing your order.
🛍 All Sales Are Final
Due to the small-batch and printed nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect item selection
• Minor colour differences due to screen settings
• Slight imperfections that do not affect functionality
• Shipping delays caused by postal services
Please double-check your order before checking out.
✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once your order has entered processing or has been shipped, cancellations and modifications cannot be made.
📮 Shipping Responsibility
Once your parcel has been handed over to SingPost or the relevant postal service, it is out of our control.
Eepytown is not responsible for:
• Lost untracked parcels
• Postal delays
• Parcels marked as delivered
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Customs delays or import fees
If you would prefer added security, please select tracked shipping at checkout.
📦 Lost Parcels
Untracked shipping does not include tracking and cannot be investigated once shipped. For this reason, we are unable to refund or replace lost untracked parcels.
If you selected tracked shipping and encounter an issue, please contact your local postal service first. If further assistance is needed, feel free to reach out.
💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
Include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and packaging
We will review the situation and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
🌍 International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country. These are not included in your order total.
